Job Summary

Linden Oaks is seeking a part-time, hourly Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMFT or LCSW) to provide leadership, supervision, and direct clinical services within our Intensive Outpatient Program. This role supports children, adolescents, and families using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and Applied Behavior Analysis. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy
  • Supervise and mentor Associate Counselors and Supervisors
  • Oversee treatment planning, discharge coordination, and utilization reviews
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation
  • Lead family programming and crisis management

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate in mental health field
  • Current LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD license
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience (IOP experience required)
  • CPR, AED, First Aid, and CPI certifications (within 90 days of hire)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Preferred: Experience in interdisciplinary care, strong cultural competency, and EHR proficiency.
