About the Position:
Dream Builders is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition programs as directed by the BCBA
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred but not required
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Comfortable with Behavior Deescalation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week after 4pm
