Our Memory Care Coordinators are responsible for:
Supporting memory care residents through coordination and delivery of personal care services
Assisting with resident move-ins, assessments, and care planning
Monitoring and documenting resident conditions and service needs
Ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance
Providing hands-on personal care and engaging with families and staff to support quality outcomes
Acting as a key liaison between residents, families, and department leaders
If you are someone with:
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
2+ years of experience in senior living, especially memory care or assisted living
Physical Requirements:
This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
