• Responsibilities include overseeing evaluations, providing direct care, supervising staff, ensuring documentation accuracy, and participating in team meetings.
• The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in human services, counseling, psychology, or social work, with at least three years of therapy experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Current Massachusetts LICSW is required; bilingual skills are a plus.
