Key Responsibilities:
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' mental health status, including interviews, questionnaires, and observation
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, goals, and evidence-based practices
- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide therapy sessions (individual, group, or family) using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other appropriate methods
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Professional Development: Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health therapy through continuous education and training
- Outcome Evaluation: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback to ensure effective and goal-oriented therapy
- Relevant master’s degree or higher (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- Actively licensed (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW (supervision available))
- Able to commute to the office location in Cranston, RI preferred
- Experience providing psychotherapy in individual and/or group settings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
