This position will cover the Wapello County program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for hiring, development and supervision of Direct Support Staff and Office Personnel
Responsible for planning, coordination and management of services
Responsible for oversight of trainings and team meetings
Responsible for oversight of staff schedule
Responsible for Quality Assurance of local program
Responsible for referrals and intakes
Responsible for program growth in conjunction with the Executive Director
Implementation of agency quality improvement initiatives
On-Call

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, (or other related field) preferred; or 2 years of experience providing services to persons with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and/or brain injury or case management.
Supervision experience preferred.
Driver’s License and car insurance (required)
Must pass a background check
Must reside within 30 minutes of domicile within the first 90 days of employment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Base salary starts at $21.50 per hour. Pay based on experience.

SCHEDULE:

Typically, 8 hours shifts, Monday – Friday. Flexibility in this schedule is required to meet members and agency needs and outcomes.
On-Call rotation
