Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and hold a masters or doctorate degree in a related field. Cannot be part of a competing private practice.

Willingness to see clients in-office is a must. We are rapidly filling our in-office availability and need to increase that availability.

Therapist must also be willing and able to see clients virtually in addition to in-office. Experience with virtual therapy preferred but not required.

Training and experience working with couples required.

Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Doctoral Degree in one of the counseling fields is preferred but not required. Masters degree is required.

Our practice is very collaborative and team-oriented, so we're looking for like-minded therapists in that regard. Therapist must also be assertive enough to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate for a successful, high-end private practice setting and its clients.

Prefer therapists with private practice experience working with both individuals and couples.

Must be willing to work at least 2 weekday evenings or 1 weekday evening plus Saturday.

What we offer:

A warm, collaborative, premium environment both in person and in our web presence. We have a full time admin team as well as a practice manager and clinical director to help make sure you are successful. Dr. Stanford is passionate about helping clinicians hone their clinical skills and their professional acumen. This includes a heavy emphasis on self-care and healthy boundaries between work and home life. We've recently switched to a w2 employer/employee model with the hopes to add more and more benefits for our therapists as we grow, which already includes medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as CEU reimbursement.
