Seeking mission-driven Outpatient Clinicians (LCSW, CSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPCA) to serve diverse communities with a $5K sign-on bonus, paid supervision, and up to $24,000 annual incentives pending licensure.

• Provide clinical services including crisis intervention, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy in collaboration with a treatment team.
• Assess client needs, manage risks, and deliver evidence-based, medically necessary mental health treatment.
• Use PCOMS for assessments and monitor service levels for a caseload with diverse clinical needs.
• Qualifications include a Master’s degree in related fields, appropriate licensure, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• Preferred experience with mental health, behavioral, and substance abuse conditions; qualified mental health professional or licensed independent practitioner preferred.
