A school psychologist position is available at an elementary school in Pasco, WA, for the upcoming school year (August 26 to June 11). This part-time, contract role offers a flexible schedule tailored to support students from kindergarten through 5th grade.
Responsibilities include conducting initial evaluations and re-evaluations, completing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), scheduling and facilitating meetings, and actively participating in building referral meetings. You will manage a caseload of approximately 60-70 elementary students, providing essential psychological services that support student success and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting initial and re-evaluations, as well as FBAs
- Strong organizational and communication skills for scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
Location: Pasco, Washington
Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours from August 26 to June 11
Caseload: 60-70 students, Kindergarten through 5th grade
