About the Internship

Avital P.G. Miller, LLC is seeking a Content & Publishing Intern – Spirituality, Personal Growth, and Positive Psychology who is passionate about content creation, publishing, and personal development. This is a remote internship with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week or more, depending on your availability). We may meet on Zoom once a month, with additional weekly meetings during onboarding.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in content editing, digital publishing, and online media while learning transformative principles of emotional intelligence, leadership, and healing. You will work closely with Avital’s original content—transforming transcripts of her live Sit and Succeed sessions into professional-quality e-books, blogs, newsletters, and social media content.

As part of your experience, you will receive free membership to the Sit and Succeed program, giving you access to weekly live sessions and a library of 200+ guided meditations and practices—tools that can deeply enhance your professional and personal life. You’ll also receive constructive feedback and mentorship to help you develop advanced publishing and digital media skills.

Intern Responsibilities

1. Edit and organize content from Avital’s live Sit and Succeed sessions—using provided transcripts to create polished e-books, book summaries, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
2. Edit e-book covers and branded graphics using Canva and schedule posts through Buffer or similar platforms.
3. Learn and apply basic Kindle Publishing steps (training provided).
4. Research and compile a list of meditation apps (with upload requirements), edit meditation recordings, and prepare titles and descriptions.
5. Upload recorded online courses to selected platforms, which may involve light video editing and graphic design.
6. Assist with YouTube SEO by researching best practices, updating past videos, and creating a checklist for future uploads.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Canva or willingness to learn quickly.
• Interest in spirituality, personal growth, positive psychology, or wellness industries.
• Strong writing and editing skills (social media or content creation experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and take initiative.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet on Zoom monthly (weekly during onboarding).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with video or audio editing.
• Familiarity with publishing tools such as Kindle or Scrivener.
