Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Toms River, NJ. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, training and educating parents, and providing ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians. Daily tasks include data collection, analysis, and maintaining documentation of client progress. Collaboration with other therapists to create comprehensive treatment plans is also essential.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Background in Psychology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• BCBA Certification is required
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in pediatric therapy is a plus
