We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral challenges, and will be able to develop and implement evidence-based interventions that promote positive behavior change. The successful candidate will be able to assess the needs of each individual, create individualized treatment plans, and provide support to families in order to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in behavior.
- Develop individualized behavior plans based on assessment results.
- Conduct functional assessments to identify the purpose of challenging behaviors.
- Provide training and supervision to staff on the implementation of behavior plans.
- Develop positive behavior support plans that address environmental factors impacting behavior.
- Monitor progress and modify plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient care
- Experience in patient assessment and medical documentation
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral therapy
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Familiarity with special education practices and data collection techniques
