Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor to join our holistic psychotherapy practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients through individual therapy sessions. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles, diagnostic evaluation, and case management. The counselor will work in a hybrid setting, including in office and online.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
• Provide psychotherapy services using evidence-based practices.
• Manage cases effectively, coordinating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health issues and treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in case management practices and documentation standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $68.00 per hour
