College of Social Work - Institute for Quality Children's Services (IQCS)

Responsibilities


Lead outreach and stakeholder engagement by planning and executing communication strategies, scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting outcomes, and ensuring alignment on project goals across teams.

Coordinate administrative and operational activities for IQCS, including documentation management, internal and external communication, compliance monitoring, progress tracking, and supporting reporting needs.

Oversee daily operations of the IQCS Family Support Network, managing program implementation, coordinating service delivery, monitoring performance against goals, and maintaining communication with families and partner organizations.

Support strategic planning and policy development by contributing to the creation of operational guidelines, defining performance metrics, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Design and implement professional development initiatives, including training needs assessments, workshop planning, event facilitation, and program evaluation to promote staff growth and organizational alignment.

Manage marketing, grants, budgeting, and reporting, including developing outreach strategies, identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant proposals, ensuring fiscal accountability, and compiling reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree and two years of experience or high school diploma and equivalent and six years of experience (Note: or a post high school education and experience equal to six years)
