What You'll Do
As a BCBA with us, you’ll be doing meaningful, rewarding work every day, including:
- Providing direct ABA services to clients
- Supervising and mentoring our incredible team of behavior therapists
- Collaborating with families to set goals and empower progress
- Creating engaging telehealth materials and individualized programming
- Supporting ongoing staff training and clinical development
You’ll work with clients in and around Natick or Wrentham, with schedules that fit your life—not the other way around.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Certification: Must be a BCBA and hold a current LABA in Massachusetts
- Supervision Ready: Must meet BACB standards to supervise others

Pay: $56,720.00 - $86,606.00 per year
