Position:
Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) – Experienced Only (Afternoon Part-Time)
Location:
West Seattle, Beacon Hill, Fremont, Bothell, Bellevue, U-District (Multiple openings)
Schedule:
Schedules vary by location and client needs
Most shifts are Monday through Friday between 2:45 pm and 6:00 pm

About the Role:
CBC is seeking experienced Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children and adolescents in various locations throughout the Seattle area. These roles are ideal for passionate, dedicated BTs who are confident in their skills and looking for afternoon part-time opportunities that make a meaningful impact.
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide individualized ABA services designed to support the development and behavioral goals of each client.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles under BCBA guidance
- Provide 1:1 direct therapy in-home, in-school, or community-based settings
- Collect accurate data on behaviors and skill acquisition in real time
- Communicate consistently and professionally with supervisors and families
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment
Qualifications:
- Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of direct ABA experience (required)
- CPI training (preferred but not required)
- Strong behavior management skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to assigned locations
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Work Setting:
- In-person services in various Seattle neighborhoods (West Seattle, Beacon Hill, Fremont, Bothell, Bellevue, U-District)
- School, home, and/or community-based sessions
Requirements:
- CBT or RBT certification is mandatory
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to commit to consistent scheduling
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Seattle area
