Residential EstateCare Manager

$40 to $50/hr - Full-Time

Highly organized and compassionate Residential EstateCare Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private estate and coordinate the 24/7 in-home care of two senior residents. This full-time position requires exceptional leadership, discretion, and experience managing both household operations and complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate 24/7 home healthcare schedules in collaboration with care agencies
• Monitor care needs and ensure the home is properly equipped with hospital-type equipment and medical supplies
• Hire, onboard, and manage service providers and staff
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the home, property, track expenses, and oversee purchasing for supplies and care equipment
• Oversee and support a household staff of:
  • 2 full-time housekeepers (also responsible for grocery shopping, meal prep, and personal care supply runs)
  • 3 landscape personnel
  • 1 part-time dog sitter

Qualifications:

• Experience managing in-home medical care or healthcare staffing required
• Prior roles in estate or household management highly preferred
• Strong skills in scheduling, vendor management, and multi-staff coordination
