Mobile Therapy Centers of America–Williamson County, TN

Mobile Therapy Centers (MTC) is looking for Behavior Technicians (ABA Therapists) to join its growing team. No experience is needed! Gain training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, and mental health. This role offers exciting opportunities for career development and promotion locally and across the nation. For those new to the field, MTC will assist you in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What your workday looks like:

• Provide direct services to clients by implementing programs developed and approved by BCBA’s
• Implement programs based on principles of applied behavior analysis
• Implement and provide de-escalation methods for challenging behaviors
• Collect and record data during each session
• Participate in all scheduled team meetings
• Participate in all mandatory trainings
• Complete all necessary paperwork as directed by supervisor or administrative staff
• Follow a weekly schedule with each client
• Properly document all time and services on progress notes at the end of each session
• This role may require standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

What qualifications we are looking for:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be over 18 and have a flexible schedule
• Must have reliable transportation to and from client visits
• Be professional when working with staff, clients, and families
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with team members
• Comfortable handling challenging behaviors
• Experience or enjoyment working with children (e.g., babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or similar)
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
