Position available for a full-time Clinical Psychologist at Fort Eisenhower, adjacent to Augusta, Georgia, famous for its major attraction, The Masters Golf Tournament. Ft Eisenhower has a moderate year-round climate and offers close proximity to metropolitan areas, beaches along the Atlantic Ocean and the Appalachian Mountains. As a Clinical Psychologist you will:
- Provide individual and group therapy, using various modalities as clinically indicated to include brief problem-focused psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and client-centered therapy.
- Assess acute mental health conditions in beneficiaries who present with such issues.
- Screen and interview patients, perform bio-psychological social evaluations using expert knowledge of general and specific concepts, principles, procedures, and practices relating to psychological counseling.
- Evaluate overall effectiveness of therapeutic efforts, and institute changes to increase effectiveness of therapeutic efforts.

- US Citizenship required
- One year experience as a Clinical Psychologist
- Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology.
- A current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently from a U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Commonwealth, territory, or jurisdiction is required.
- Candidates will have completed an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited doctoral graduate program and an APA accredited predoctoral internship.
