Heart of the Village is seeking compassionate, dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team!

Responsibilities
- Follow individualized skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans as instructed by a BCBA
- Travel between clients' homes and community locations
- Participate in team meetings and receive ongoing training as needed
- Collaborate with families to support generalization of skills and maintain open communication
- Collect accurate data on behaviors and progress toward goals
- Assist BCBAs in the development of treatment plans
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work in-home and community settings
- Commitment to trauma-informed and assent-based care
- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, is preferred
- Strong skills in behavior data collection and documentation
- Ability to support and educate families and team members using behavior strategies
- Familiarity with creating and implementing individualized care plans
- Compassionate, patient, and flexible mindset

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
