Job Title: Social Worker MSW Profession: Social Worker MSW Specialty: Social Worker MSW Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Recent acute discharge planning hospital experience required License: Must have Maryland license Certifications: BLS, NRP, TNCC Must-Have: - Experience in acute discharge planning - Maryland license Description: This position requires a commitment of Monday through Friday, with every other weekend included. Candidates must have recent experience in acute discharge planning within a hospital setting. A valid Maryland license is necessary for interview consideration. Candidates should hold current certifications in BLS, NRP, and TNCC.
