OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our goal is to improve access to holistic, cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff.

Work from or near your home:

With locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, OMH is expanding nationwide. We will work with you to find the best fit and provide all necessary resources to treat OMH patients remotely. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and location. Fully remote positions are also available.

Responsibilities:

The psychotherapist will participate in OMH's integrated care team model, which emphasizes team approaches involving physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and mental health professionals. OMH values collaboration to provide high-quality care.

Customize patient care:

You will have the autonomy to determine the frequency and length of sessions, performing individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.

Set your own schedule:

• Create a work/life balance with flexible scheduling, typically Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• No on-call responsibilities; focus solely on patient care.
• Support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, allowing you to focus on clinical work.

Leadership & Advancement:

OMH is growing and clinician-led. Opportunities exist to advance to senior psychotherapist or site supervisor roles. Our site supervisors are geographically dispersed for accessibility.

Education & Licensure:

Completion of an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Iowa is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
