We’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator (CCC) who’s passionate about helping others, thrives on keeping things organized, and is a natural communicator. In this role, you'll be the key connection between homeowners, project managers, field crews, and insurance partners—guiding each job from the first call to final closeout. You’ll manage schedules, keep clients informed, and ensure our systems stay updated and accurate.

What You'll Be Doing:

Act as the go-to contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout their restoration journey
Coordinate schedules for mitigation, trades, and repairs—keeping things on track and clients in the loop
Maintain flawless documentation to support smooth operations and billing
Collaborate with our team to resolve issues early and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

What You Bring:

2+ years in admin, scheduling, or customer service (bonus if it’s in restoration)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
A service-first mindset and an eye for detail
Comfort using workflow software and managing a high volume of moving parts
