Welcome! Restorative Healing Counseling & Psychotherapy is a group therapy practice located in Lake Zurich, Illinois. We provide therapy for adults, adolescents, and couples.

We are currently hiring a Client Care Coordinator. This is a part-time, Monday through Friday position with flexible work hours (10 - 20 hours/week). This is a remote position with the ocassional need to come into the office.

We are looking for a candidate is warm and friendly, highly organized, highly professional, and patient with our clients. Experience working with patients in the mental health or medical field is required.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, return client calls and emails
• Schedule and coordinate new client intakes
• Take care of cancelations/rescheduling of existing clients
• Enter client information into EHR system
• Make sure all client paperwork and signatures are up-to-date
• Communication between client and biller regarding insurance concerns
• Must have computer skills and knowledge with various programs
• Must demonstrate outstanding people skills
• Must be comfortable speaking with clients about their mental health struggles during intake.
• Demonstrates patience with our clients.
• Take care of additional administrative tasks as they arise
• Must demonstrate excellent communication and organization skill
