Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and enforce policies that align with HIPAA, FDA, and state regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor the medical staff, fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership and partners to enhance system performance.
  • Monitor outcomes and quality metrics to improve safety and service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison with managed care and regulatory organizations.
  • Lead efficiency initiatives utilizing data-driven planning and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in clinical documentation and terminology.

What You’ll Need:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active Texas medical license in good standing.
  • Board certification in Psychiatry.
  • DEA license and relevant physician permits.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical leadership or administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with FDA and HIPAA regulations, quality standards, and managed care structures.
  • Strong communication, team-building, and documentation skills.
  • A proven record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex clinical projects.
  • Ability to pass background checks as per Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and HHSC guidelines.
