Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This center-based position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children ages 2-22 with autism and their families, while maintaining manageable caseloads and a healthy work-life balance.

Essential Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Develop, write, and modify comprehensive treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, crisis management plans, and support plans for clients
- Create and implement individualized skill acquisition programs that teach functional skills in clinic and community settings
- Design programming that achieves meaningful clinical outcomes tailored to each child's unique needs
- Generate detailed quarterly progress reports for families
Team Development & Supervision
- Provide supervision hours to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Train and mentor existing RBTs on program implementation and ABA strategies
- Model evidence-based ABA techniques and best practices
- Coach team members to deliver high-quality care consistently
- Develop leadership skills that complement clinical expertise
Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain effective communication with families, internal teams, and external providers
- Collaborate with relevant staff to ensure efficient implementation of treatment plans
- Seek input from families and multidisciplinary teams
- Support community-based programming as needed
Quality Assurance
- Uphold Time to Shine ABA's high standards for therapy delivery
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection protocols
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
