We are seeking a motivated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our growing practice in Maryland.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
Complete thorough assessments and create client-centered treatment plans
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care
Provide crisis intervention as needed
Participate in case consultations and professional development opportunities

Requirements

Active, unrestricted LMFT license in Maryland
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with diverse populations
Telehealth experience is a plus
Strong organizational and documentation skills
