- Manage the direction, coordination, and performance of Clinical Coordinators, providing clinical supervision and guidance to milieu staff, and serving as primary therapist in the absence of a Clinical Coordinator.
- Assess clinical competence of teams and ensure compliance with documentation standards through chart reviews and collaboration with the Quality Specialist.
- Review and approve diagnosis-based progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
- Implement and maintain compliance with agency, government, and licensing requirements and regulations.
- Facilitate and co-chair comprehensive treatment planning and participate in Meet & Greet and Admissions Committee meetings, addressing clinical treatment needs.
- Support the implementation of special programs, including Creative Arts therapy and the internship program within the RTF.
- Strengthen community relations with external providers and liaise with TCCNY programs for collaboration and seamless transitions while assisting with crisis support and de-escalation.
- Oversee and mentor Clinical Coordinators and milieu staff, ensuring clinical excellence through assessment, compliance reviews, and participation in treatment planning to meet agency and regulatory standards.
- Enhance community relations and collaboration with external providers, supporting the implementation of specialized programs and facilitating crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts. back up to Director of Integrated Clinical Services
- LCSW required
- 3+ years’ experience in adolescent mental health required
- 2+ years supervising teams—bring your leadership to a role where it matters most.
