The Role: Executive Security Center Specialist and Open Source Specialist (cross trained)

The Executive Security Center Specialist is responsible for 24/7/365 monitoring of all relevant communications and intelligence feeds to ensure the safety and security of top-level employees. This role serves as the central hub for all communications and escalations, proactively identifying and mitigating potential threats. 

As an Open Source Specialist you will monitor and enable the collection, processing, and dissemination of personal identification information (PII) for executives. You will monitor, research, assess, and acquire publicly available information relating to executives and provide regular written updates to ASI and client leadership through established processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Security Center Specialist

• Monitor radio and telephone calls and conduct routine monitoring and surveillance of the CCTV system.
• Document incidents and reporting as directed to clients' Security Management Team.
• Executive Security Officers must be able to make clear decisions within parameters of established policies and protocols
• Report any issues with cameras, access control, or equipment to the client’s respective Security Manager
• Exercise calmness of action during highly stressful situations
• Communicate and interact in a positive and professional manner
• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Maintain a professional/business casual attire for the assignment or as directed.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality and execute an NDA for the client.

Open Source Specialist

• Conduct open-source monitoring using traditional tools and mass media, social media, commercial, government, and academic datasets, specialized publications, studies, conference proceedings, and more
• Request removal of all personal identification information (PII) through an established removal process. 
• Conduct monitoring checks of established tripwires and follow established escalation paths; for standing tripwires and all ongoing missions. 
• Complete and document shift checklist 
• Prepare daily shift reports with tactical written intelligence updates with minimal grammatical errors.
