Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical operations to deliver consistent, top-quality care
  • Develop and implement policies in alignment with HIPAA, FDA, and state regulations
  • Guide and mentor medical staff, promoting their professional development
  • Collaborate with leadership and key partners to enhance system performance
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and quality metrics to improve safety and services
  • Serve as the primary liaison with managed care and regulatory organizations
  • Drive efficiency initiatives through data-driven planning and workflow improvement
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in clinical documentation and terminology

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) and active Texas medical license in good standing
  • Board certification in Psychiatry
  • Current DEA license and relevant physician permits
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical leadership or administrative experience
  • Knowledge of FDA and HIPAA regulations, quality standards, and managed care systems
  • Excellent communication, team-building, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex clinical projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Must pass background checks per Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and HHSC guidelines
