Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations to deliver consistent, top-quality care
- Develop and implement policies in alignment with HIPAA, FDA, and state regulations
- Guide and mentor medical staff, promoting their professional development
- Collaborate with leadership and key partners to enhance system performance
- Monitor clinical outcomes and quality metrics to improve safety and services
- Serve as the primary liaison with managed care and regulatory organizations
- Drive efficiency initiatives through data-driven planning and workflow improvement
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in clinical documentation and terminology
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and active Texas medical license in good standing
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Current DEA license and relevant physician permits
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical leadership or administrative experience
- Knowledge of FDA and HIPAA regulations, quality standards, and managed care systems
- Excellent communication, team-building, and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex clinical projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Must pass background checks per Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and HHSC guidelines
