Requirements

Education/Experience

· BCBA certification

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified BCBA

· Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance

· Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Job Responsibilities

· Recruit, Hire, and Manage BCBAs and RBTs for the region

· Develop and Oversee Company Policies related to ABA therapy

· Work with Psychiatrist, Neuropsychologists, Therapists, and Psychometrists on multidisciplinary teams

· Work with admissions team to decrease waitlists and expedite client onboarding

· Provide mentorship, guidance, and supervision to other ABA employees seeking to grow within the field

· Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs

· Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers

· Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
