Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing the plan of care as designed and under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
Provide direct one-to-one therapy using the science of ABA.
Collecting accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior goals using our data collection platform.
Uphold and follow the BACB's ethical guidelines.
Maintain a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our learners.
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency of interventions.
Complete session notes daily, fully and accurately, while meeting all standards outlined by our different insurance funders.
