About Job

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

  • A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing the plan of care as designed and under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).

  • Provide direct one-to-one therapy using the science of ABA.

  • Collecting accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior goals using our data collection platform.

  • Uphold and follow the BACB's ethical guidelines.

  • Maintain a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our learners.

  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency of interventions.

  • Complete session notes daily, fully and accurately, while meeting all standards outlined by our different insurance funders.
