Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement behavioral interventions and monitor progress through data collection.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments based on data analysis.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy and special education.
Experience
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is required.
- Experience working with children in-home setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality is essential.
- Familiarity with behavioral health principles, patient care, special education, and medical documentation is advantageous.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting are necessary for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $84,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
