Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Implement behavioral interventions and monitor progress through data collection.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments based on data analysis.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy and special education.

Experience

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is required.
  • Experience working with children in-home setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality is essential.
  • Familiarity with behavioral health principles, patient care, special education, and medical documentation is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting are necessary for success in this role.

Pay: $84,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
