Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team part-time. we will also accept a therapist that works under a LCSW. The ideal candidate will provide a wide range of services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy, and case management for individuals with mental health, emotional or behavior issues. Pay will be per client.
Responsibilities
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate a client's mental, emotional, and social well-being, and potentially diagnosing mental health disorders.
- Treatment Planning: Developing individualized treatment plans, often in collaboration with the client, that outline specific goals and interventions.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or working under a LCSW
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with pediatric populations and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
