COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Annual salary up to $90,265
• $5,000 relocation assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES and WORK ENVIRONMENT for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Work within an integrated healthcare model at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with optional overtime available.
• Collaborate with primary care teams to create comprehensive treatment plans that meet diverse patient needs.

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Bilingual/Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome but it is not mandatory.
• New graduate LCSWs, LPCs, and LMSWs are encouraged to apply.
