As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team to schedule appointments, complete lead intake, and respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, SMS and chat. You’ll provide high-level information about our products and services to potential clients and offer first-level support and troubleshooting to existing customers.

Additionally, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks within our CRM system to ensure accurate documentation and support ongoing customer care. Your role is essential to creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for every client. As a key member of our team, you’ll contribute directly to the company’s success while helping individuals find solutions that improve their daily lives.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, SMS, and web chat messages from clients with confidence
  • Provide high-level information about our products and services
  • Provide or facilitate first contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Document detailed customer data and communications in CRM (customer relationship management) database
  • Schedule appointments and communicate with our Sales team members
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting assistance to clients with lifts installed in their home.
  • Use CRM to complete administrative tasks such as, but not limited to updating and maintaining client accounts, creating service contract plans
  • Send outbound mail, email, and SMS messages to clients
  • Maintain a pleasant, professional, and courteous demeanor
  • Occasionally greeting and assisting customers entering our showroom
  • Assisting team members as needed and executing any special projects
  • Receiving packages from our suppliers, notifying the intended recipients, and occasionally shipping packages
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential qualifications

  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Passionate about helping people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Proven ability to handle inbound phone calls and email inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
  • High attention to detail, with strong follow-through and accurate data entry capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and changing gears between phone calls, emails, and other assigned tasks
  • Willingness to learn, be coachable, and follow directions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems, including our CRM platform and our Omni-Channel Contact platform
  • High School or equivalent diploma

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant, sales coordinator, or customer service representative
  • Associate’s degree

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, eligible for Quarterly Bonuses
