WillisCC is a thriving multi-state private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team. We welcome applications from LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologists, as well as those with LSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMSW (eligible for full licensure within the next 3-4 months).

Work Environment

This position includes some shifts via video telehealth and some hours in person at our studios.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to a diverse, 'working-well' population and their families/significant others, with a culturally sensitive and affirming approach.


• Conduct individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, groups, and evidence-based skills training for primary care clients.


• Participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, and staff development activities.


• Support local outreach and programming as part of our interdisciplinary team.

Technology and Experience Requirements

Candidates must have experience using video/virtual platforms, demonstrate a high threshold for IT/Technology use, and be proficient with multiple software platforms and electronic devices. WCC is heavily reliant on technology, and candidates must be capable of integrating various platforms effectively.

Caseload and Onboarding

Caseload building timelines vary by state. Onboarding takes 1-2 weeks, credentialing 2-3 weeks, and caseload development 2-3 months or more, depending on the state. We seek candidates interested in a stable, long-term career within a growth-oriented group, not those seeking quick income or only high-paying insurance work. Our payer sources include EAPs and commercial payers, focusing on professional development and quality care.
