Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week

About the Role:
As a BCBA, you will plan, develop and monitor effective treatment using evidence-based methods. You will collaborate with team members, service providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate and provide ongoing training and direct supervision to RBTs. Your work will directly change the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
- Conduct initial assessments
- Supervise RBTs and conduct training and coaching
- Collaborate with client’s treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes
- Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources
- Conduct supervision in client's home and through telehealth
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge and proficiency with a range of clinical approaches to care
- Strong assessment skills and treatment planning expertise
- Good analytical/critical thinking skills with the ability to record, track, and analyze therapy progress
- Strong positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Client focus and strong ability to function as a team member
- Bilingual is a plus
Requirements:
- Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
- Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
- Must be able to administer a variety of assessments and write treatment plans
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card
- Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain proper current insurance
