THE ROLE

The Quality Care Coordinator is a vital part of the AirSimplicity team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of property care and guest satisfaction. This role involves regular property inspections, minor maintenance, oversight of cleaning services, and ensuring inventory (consumables & linens) are adequately stocked and organized. The position also requires using Breezeway to track all tasks and hours, ensuring efficient task management and accurate reporting (training provided). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Property Inspections and Maintenance

● Conduct regular property inspections to ensure homes meet AirSimplicity’s quality standards.

● Identify and address minor maintenance issues, including replacing light bulbs, fixing minor furniture issues, removing stains, and troubleshooting basic issues.

● Report major maintenance issues promptly in Breezeway using the “Report Issue” feature and coordinate with the team as needed.

● Oversee proper documentation of guest damages.

Cleaning Oversight

● Inspect properties post-cleaning to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.

● Provide feedback and guidance to cleaning teams to uphold consistent quality.

● Coordinate with cleaning vendors to address any recurring issues or concerns.

● Ensure properties are well-equipped and fully functional for guest stays.

Task Management and Documentation

● Use Breezeway to track all assigned tasks and hours worked.
○ Utilize the Breezeway timer to ensure accurate hour tracking for payment.

■ Start your 1st task when you leave your house. End the 1st task when it is done, at the property. Start your second task when you leave the first house.

○ Complete all tasks by the end of each day, including uploading photos and status updates.

○ Notify management immediately if a task cannot be completed due to time constraints, last-minute bookings, or other unforeseen circumstances.

○ Collaborate with management to reschedule or cancel tasks as necessary.

Emergency and On-Call Support

● Scheduled on-call shifts to respond to emergencies, such as urgent maintenance issues or guest concerns, as needed.

● Provide timely updates to the team about emergencies and their resolution.

● Communicate any periods of unavailability (e.g., planned time off or phone unavailability)to the team in advance.

Job Requirements

  • Availability: 20-30 hours per week. This role requires scheduled weekend availability and emergency on-call readiness. On-call coverage is only needed for urgent, on-site hospitality matters.
  • Skills: Strong cleanliness, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Technology: Must be comfortable using an app for documentation and scheduling and WhatsApp for communication.
  • Location: This role is based in Denver, CO. You will need to travel to properties in the Denver metro area and occasionally to other Colorado locations (Larkspur, Bailey, Fairplay, Fraser, Twin Lakes, etc.).

  • Transportation: Must have a reliable, cost-effective vehicle for travel between properties.
