```Duties```
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients with a variety of mental health concerns
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Provide crisis management services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises
- Conduct child and family counseling sessions to address issues within the family system
- Assist in case management activities, including coordinating care with other service providers and advocating for clients' needs

```Requirements```
- Must hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Proficiency in diagnostic coding, such as ICD-10, for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all aspects of practice
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
