We would prefer to hire someone with orthodontic experience that is looking to make a long-term commitment to our team. Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the office's scheduling system
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries or concerns
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting required, and orthodontic office preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using office software and electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
