Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In-Person FBAs for Virtual Students

Hybrid Position – California

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) for students enrolled in virtual schools across California. This role involves conducting in-person student assessments while completing documentation and collaboration remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person FBAs for students at their homes, public spaces (e.g., libraries), or designated office locations.
• Complete all reports and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) remotely.
• Collaborate virtually with school teams, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Ensure compliance with California education requirements and professional ethical standards.

Requirements

• Must reside in California
• Active BCBA certification
• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Experience conducting FBAs.
• Familiarity with California special education systems (preferred).
• Willingness to travel for in-person assessments within an agreed mileage radius.
• Strong communication and organization skills for remote documentation.

Employment Type

• Assignment Duration: Up to 15 hours per assessment (includes assessment, documentation, and team collaboration).
• Location: Hybrid – in-person assessments and remote reporting.
• Schedule: Flexible, part-time or per diem.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
