Daily activities will include implementing individualized problem behavior reduction plans, supporting caregivers as they implement plans, and accompanying clients and caregivers on community outings to target generalization across settings. Part-time and Full-time positions (20-40 hrs. per week Monday through Friday) Shifts from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm in the Sacramento and surrounding area.
Online training for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and supervision provided and time spent is compensated. Job shadowing and observations included. BCBA coursework and supervision offered onsite.
We offer a competitive salary from $20-$27 per hour.

Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals of a variety of age groups and diagnosis, who exhibit dangerous problem behaviors.
Education equivalent to a High School Diploma or higher. Knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.
Ability to run independently, stand, sit, stoop, crawl, kneel, reach, push, and lift up to 100 pounds.
Ability to travel via personal automobile.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Have access to a computer or smart phone that allows you to read and respond to e-mail as well as complete online billing and timekeeping daily.
Pass criminal background check and DMV check.
Provide documentation of current immunization including a negative TB test from the last 3 years.
Provide proof of current driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
