Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological assessments and therapeutic services tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets all compliance standards.
• Manage client caseloads efficiently while coordinating insurance coverage and claims.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field.

Requirements:

• Current and active Clinical Psychologist license (Master’s level or higher) such as PSY, PSYP, or PsyD, valid per state requirements.
• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Current malpractice insurance.
• Motivation to start or grow a private practice that accepts insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensure in multiple states is a plus.
• Experience working with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or major insurance plans.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual practice tools.
