Position Overview:

Join a dynamic, interdisciplinary primary care team working with adolescents in a school-based health center. Provide individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, short-term intervention, and mental health outreach and education. This position will be at one of NYP's School Based Health Clinics located in the Marble Hill section of the Bronx, Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood.



Preferred Criteria

  • New York State Department of Education Psychologist License
  • Previous experience working with adolescents
  • Experience in providing care using an approach informed by cultural humility
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • School-based mental health experience and/or experience working as part of a primary care team
  • Training in trauma-informed treatment modalities


Required Criteria

  • Doctorate degree in Psychology
  • Upon hire, have applied for New York State Limited Permit in Psychology or New York State License in Psychology
  • Ability to obtain New York State License in Psychology within 18 months of hire

Salary Range:

$125,000-$152,000/Annual
