New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a well-established multidisciplinary mental health practice located in Westlake Village. We are passionate about providing high-quality care to our local community and are seeking dedicated and motivated Full-time and Part-time Licensed Psychologists to join our growing team!

We are looking for talented Licensed Psychologist to join us as we expand our services and continue to serve our community effectively. This is an excellent opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience in a supportive private clinic setting with the potential for growth and long-term career development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Full-time: You will typically be assigned 31 patient sessions per week but must maintain a minimum caseload of 28 patient sessions per week.
  • Part-time: You will typically be assigned 25 patient sessions per week but must maintain a minimum caseload of 20 patient sessions per week.
  • Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
  • Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.

What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Active CA BBS license (PsyDs)
  • Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A desire to grow within a private clinic organization

Rates:

Licensed Psychologist: $90 per clinical hour; increase in semi-annual and annual per evaluation

Work Set-up:

Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy, plus work from home options.
