Qualifications:
- Associates degree or Equivalent or enrolled in a bachelor’s program in psychology, social work, special education, or related field.
- Valid driver's license and independent transportation in addition to passing a background check.
- Passion for working with children and/or special needs population.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of people of diverse cultures.
Responsibilities
- Work with children with behavioral challenges, communication and social adaptive skills deficits utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis scientific based interventions.
- Conduct supplementary assessments and implement behavior treatment plan under the direction of the BCBA
- Collect and document data during sessions.
