At Neuropsychiatric Institute LLC, we provide Behavioral Health Services for Adults, Children, and Adolescents with a focus on keeping problems under control. Our approach is eclectic and pragmatic, using minimal medications when necessary. Located in the Tampa Bay Area, our facility offers extensive outpatient services with a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Mental Health Counselors, and Social Workers.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Tampa, FL. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will conduct assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining case documentation, participating in team meetings, and providing crisis intervention when necessary.

• Experience in Mental Health and Psychiatric Care
• Expertise in Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychiatry for diverse age groups
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and interventions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification required
• Experience in an outpatient setting is beneficial
